As a member of Northgate Hall it is extremely
important that you attend this annual meeting in view of the fact
that several topics will be discussed and voted on that will directly
affect you. Remember, your vote does count! We would like to have
as many residents of our community attend this gathering to receive
all information first-hand rather than hearsay.
Guess speakers will include:
State Senator Kathy Klausmeier
Officer Dale Sewell (Community Outreach Officer)
Lee Sterling (Legal Assistant to Carroll Holzer)
Topics to be discussed will include but not limited to:
- Our Budget (How are community funds being utilized).
- The possible sale or acquisition of the property directly
behind the 4800 block of Variation Road and the entire area
behind the 9000 and 9100 blocks of Deviation Road still owned
by Richmond America.
- Community mischief and destruction of the open space. Also,
a possible hire to have trash and debris that has been dumped
on our open space removed.
- The status and efforts being made to resolve the pond
issue.
These are all topics that could affect all
of us both aesthetically and financially thus, the reason for making
every effort to attend this very important meeting. As stated in
previous newsletters, web postings and general meetings, your board
of directors do a lot of work for you on a volunteer basis all
year long, how about giving them a little back by attending this
meeting?
WE’LL SEE YOU THERE!
Board of Directors,
Northgate Hall Community Association, Inc.
Attention: We have
been again informed that some residents are allowing their pets (mainly
cats) to roam free on other neighbor’s property. Please be aware
the there is a Baltimore County Leash Law for this problem. Also,
as you may recall, in the spring of 2006 we all received notices
addressing this ongoing complaint.
Verizon FIOS: We have
also been informed that in the not to distant future Verizon will
begin installation of FIOS in our community. We have put Verizon
on notice that any property damage that may occur during this installation
period must be repaired to the homeowner's satisfaction. We will
have more information for all residents at the general meeting.
